I am pretty sure, the problem is about the ovirtmgmt network interface. "VDS_INSTALL_FAILED(505), Host p1-pod04.example.com installation failed. Failed to configure management network on the host." I think there is a problem regarding OVN or tuned. We have two other Hosts running without any problems. So in my opinion, there cannot be a problem regarding the DB.
