Gluster volume looks like OK. Adding aditional info about volume options.
 
 
 
 
Right, gluster volume seems to be fine. May be you have a connections issue? Could you please try to execute 'hosted-engine --connect-storage'? 
 
'hosted-engine --connect-storage' command return nothing.
 
Now reinstalling manager VM with 4.2.
