When executing "engine-setup', skip the setup for local ISO domain. Then I did create a ISO domain with name "node-iso" on my ovirt host side:

There is nothing like ISO domain for engine and host side.. there is just ISO domain, which once setup, should be able to host your .iso images which you can use as part of VM creation..
