Thanks for your reply. The factory repo is not enabled. List of enabled repos:

The yum check do not result any errors:

[root@openvz-nnn yum.repos.d]# yum check

check all

The openvz 7 was installed on clean centos 7 with the procedure described here:

So far it was working fine with no issues until this update problem.
