Dear Naircis, thank you fore reporting the problem. I had some troubles with publishing of last kernel however I had not noticed any troubles in debian-related part of publishing procedure.
Now I've found that repo file was not properly updated by some reason https://download.openvz.org/debian/dists/wheezy/main/binary-amd64/Packages Package: linux-image-openvz-amd64 Version: 042stab131.1 Depends: linux-image-2.6.32-openvz-042stab131.1-amd64 Filename: dists/wheezy/main/binary-amd64/kernel/linux-image-openvz-amd64_042stab131.1_amd64.deb It still points to 042stab131.1 kernel though it was replaced by 042stab132.1 I did not fixed it yet, because I need to find the reason of this in our publishing scripts.
