Dear Alexey,

could you please clarify version of OpenVZ ISO image used during install of 
affected node?

We had such problem in previous version of ISO image (7.0.7-359), it had 
incorrectly enabled factory repository.
However it was fixed in last released ISO image 
https://download.openvz.org/virtuozzo/releases/openvz-7.0.7-361/
