premount and postumount are OpenVZ legacy specific, they never made
its way to VZ (and OpenVZ 7). If you wish to have those, file an issue
to Jira.
Yet better, work on it, and do a merge request (at https://src.openvz.org/)

I was able to find some documentation for Virtuozzo:

however, the ones I have used the most in OpenVZ for custom
configuration (premount and postmount) seem to be missing.
Are all the action scripts available and not documented or are these
action scripts (specifically premount and postmount) no longer
available? I can run some tests if necessary but was wondering if
someone has already been using them.
