The current stable RHEL6-based kernel is 2.6.32-042stab065.3 and with each release they fix bugs. The best place to look to see if something has been reported is bugzilla.openvz.org. I don't know if the bug(s) you emailed to the list are included in the fixes found in the more recent kernels or not... but if not... I recommend you report them.
