Create your database table in base. For ease of use, make sure the fields are in the same order as they are in the spreadsheet. 2. Go to your spreadsheet, press Ctrl-A (to select all records), and the Ctrl-C, to copy the records to the clipboard. You can also use the Edit dropdown menus to accomplish the same thing. 3. Go back to your database, right-click on the table you've created, choose "Paste," and all the records are sent to the database table.
