When precise angles and dimensions were an issue, I used a macro to
produce the shapes. Seems silly, I know...
The only silliness is that OOo doesn't provide the necessary control. It
would be so simple, surely! An arc needs a (radius, angle) property
sheet just as much as a rectangle needs a (width, height) one.
(Maybe I need to get more into the OOo API. But I'd rather be producing
pictures than macros :-) )
