I know nothing about FreeOffice. But if it is the same as
OpenOffice.org you can download and use it at no charge (except possibly
for bandwidth charged by your internet service provider. If it is
OpenOffice.org that you paid for, you will have to take that up with eBay.
If it is OpenOffice.org, then you can download user guides from:
