probably you need to reset your profile. Windows Profile Reset
* Close Apache OpenOffice and the quickstarter tray icon. * Press the *Windows Key + R* to open the Run dialog. * Type |%appdata%\OpenOffice\4| and press *Enter*. * Find the folder named |user|. * Right-click the |user| folder and rename it to |user.old|. * Open Apache OpenOffice to build a clean profile.
