Hi my name is Paul, and i have used Open Office for years Most times, I would always see a flashing signal for an update and ignore it until recently, i went and downloaded version 4.1.16 And ever since i did i'm have issues with looping, in the middle of some Word documents and closing on me, and all that i have done isn't saved, and the latest is now is when i open a document, it doesn't open straight away, it goes through a recovery mode for every single document, so my progress has ground to almost a halt, times i can't press the cross, at the top of the page to close the document, i have tried control alt delete task bar, but Open Office isn't there to end task and tried shift alt spacebar does nothing, so at my wit ends trying to get it to work can you help me please?
