My advice is to uninstall version 4.1.16, then install Apache OpenOffice from the Microsoft Store. To uninstall, use a portable version of Revo Uninstaller, for example, and remove any remnants of the uninstall. I guess your previously installed version worked well. So install these again. You may find it at https://www.openoffice.org/download/
