I Just checked https://www.openoffice.org/download/index.html and indeed version 4.1.16 is
indeed now up. I checked it at 12:45 EST in the United States.

I just checked. Using Opera browser it shows 4.1.15,
Using Safari browser it shows 4.1.16
I've checked multiple times since 4.1.16 was made available.
I quit and restarted Opera. Still 4.1.5
Emptied cached images and files. It now shows 4.1.6
