With respect, I think your procedure to upgrade is overly complicated.
Your help site is a maze of difficulty for the average user.
Moreover it is when attempting to click on an upgrade for a win 10
operating system it only offers 32 bit . 64 bit should be automatically
available.
Can you improve this
