Hi, I've been using openoffice.org for years on my Lenovo laptop and Acer PC and use external hard drives to store my documents. Yesterday I purchased a Dell laptop and downloaded Openoffice.org. I tried to open a document from one of my ext. hard drives, but it opens up with just scattered letters all over.
