I need a version of Java Runtime Environment......

  I recently purchased a copy of Apache Open Office from Computer Werx in Las 
Vegas, NV and when I try to open a database it tells me that it needs a Java 
Runtime Environment to perform this task.  Could you please tell me which 
version I need for it or either send me a link to download it?  Thank you.
