As you haven't mentioned your operating system, or what problem you
have, let's ask a few questions.
Did you get the download from https://openoffice.org/download/ ?
Did you read the installation instructions at
https://www.openoffice.org/download/common/instructions.html ?
What did you do to try and install, and what happened when you tried?
