My M2 Notebook runs all of AOO just fine, no need for any added software. The biggest stumbling block for Mac users is the Gatekeeper that doesn’t allow programs from outside of the Apple Store environment to run. It’s an easy work around but is a stumbling block for many Mac users. Perhaps it might be time for developers to bite the bullet and seek approval from Apple, it isn’t even necessary to make AOO available through the Apple Store, just make it recognizable as a safe software for Mac users.
