download issues

Good Morning,I have used and recommended Open Office for years. I had 4.1.1 
installed until today. It quit working and wouldn't load. I could not use it. I 
tried 6 times to download 4.14 with no success. If you can send me exact step 
by step instructions, I will try again.Regards,Jeff
