ENVELOPE PRINTING/JP

Open Office customer service, I have installed a new Cannon G3260 printer and I 
can no longer print envelopes on Open Office. A different print box comes up. 
But, after I fill out the addresses and hit the "print" button nothing happens. 
Please help. Thanks. JP
