=IF(B12=MEDIAN(120;129);"Yes";"No")
Change to
=IF(B12=MEDIAN(B12;120;129);"Yes";"No")
The arguments of the MEDIAN function can be in any order; the
median of three different numbers is the one that is between
the two others. The formula above returns "Yes" also when B12
is equal to one or both of the other two numbers.
