Dave, No error messages. I have built 3 word documents yesterday and saved all 3, yet I can’t find them anywhere on the computer. I googled and see that other people have similar issues. I believe the system may have Microsoft 10 originally and now it uses edge. Didn’t know if that may have caused this issue or not. I am trying to fix it for my 85 year old father in law.
