If you want a row or group of rows as a locked title choose the row beneath that area and go to Window and click on Freeze.
If you want a column or group of columns as a locked title choose the column to the right of that title and goto Window and choose Freeze. If you want both a horizontal and a vertical title choose the cell below and to the right of the titles and goto Window and click on Freeze.
