I have done this before.  No response.  

 

A report of the crash was created to help us identify the reason why Open
Office crashed.  Click 'nest' to get to the Error report tool or press
'Cancel" to skip this step.

 

 

This is what I keep getting.  When is it going to be fixed, since you have
the report.  It has been weeks with no reply.

 

I go to Open Office,  it opens all the outstanding files,   I click Next or
Cancel. That is where it does not go past.

 

What is wrong?  How can it be fixed without losing information.  I was on
4.1.06.  Thought that was the problem, went to 4.1.10.  Still have the same
problem.
