Hi, I do not know what is wrong. I will open the program, have it load the documents. Then I will press open, and it hangs up, and says a message has been sent to report the crash, so it will help you understand the problems. I have been doing this for several days, and still straightened out. I noticed today I was running 4.1.4.. So, I loaded 10. Then I went through the whole process again. Am having the same results. I can not open my documents through OpenOffice.
