This may be the "wrong" email address, but there is no trace of the "right" one, so please forward as appropriate. I have the "missing dictionary" problem where all words in a doc are underlined in red. I understand it is common, but it is new to me. NONE of the solutions published in the User Forums for earlier versions fit with my installation of 4.1.10. In particular, the My Macros + button shows no entries, so there is no config_backend_cleaner. C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\OpenOffice\4\user\Scripts does not contain a python folder. I hesitate to try the python code solutions for older versions for obvious reasons. The User forums also generally carry an intimidating air of superiority, as if all "ordinary" users were regarded as a bit dim. This is not on.
