You should use something like:

sudo dnf install ./*.rpm ./desktop-integration/*freedesktop*.rpm

The "redhat-menus" package is not suitable for Fedora.

Only one of the packages in desktop-integration/ must be installed, and for Fedora the "freedesktop" one is the right choice.
