I have been trying to access my files created by using this program for a week and have been unable to open the file. The screen freezes and twice it said that an unexpected crash had happened and would be restored. I have been waiting a week and still unable to use and access information that I have been working on at least weekly since the beginning of the year. Any assistance is appreciated.
