I think the AOO development team needs to do more exhaustive testing
before releasing. I run linux (Fedora 34) and I also had problems
with it and I uninstalled it and went back to a previous release.

Sorry, but what is unclear about "Apple Big Sur 11.4"? Isn't it
likely that the questioner just hasn't dealt with Gatekeeper?
