Hello, I'm having difficulty getting the program to download. i clicked the icon for 'download full installation. The install program downloaded but not the program. The instll program ran, but did not set up anything. zi clicked the 'donload icon and the program did not download. Can you show me how to get the program to download and install? Thank you.
