OO sends a notice, upper right in OO Writer that there ARE updates available from 4.1.8 to 4.1.9 but when one clicks on the DOWNLOAD to get that update, nothing happens.
Also you have a Windows 32 but no Windows 8, System type: *64-bit Operating System x64 based processor* (32 is old).
