Version 4.0.1 is 8 releases behind the current release of 4.1.7, and
there have been many bug fixes and security fixes since then. I would
first try installing the latest version form
https://www.openoffice.org/download/index.html. If that does not solve
your issue, I would Ask your question on the development mailing list at
mailto:d...@openoffice.apache.org. This is where the developers (and
others) hang out and you may have better luck getting an answer there.
