Hi, I am new to openoffice. Just downloaded 4.1.7 which went fine. Then msg said needs to do a restart so I clicked ok... Then the screen says `preparing to configure windows don`t turn off your computer`. It has been like this for an hour+ with the rotating icon (white circles) going round. My wifi is fine (if it is needed) as I am using my android tablet to send this message.
HELP is desperately needed... :-( Andrew
