I am having a problem with Calc-specifically, it won't print the pages I need printed. I keep trying to print three specific pages and it will only ever print one of them. The print preview only shows one of them, too.
I that case, your problem is with the document and its construction, not with your printer.
I have tried defining the print range via format and highlighting to no avail.
It may just be that you misunderstand how print ranges work. If you define a print range anywhere in your document, any material not included in a print range will not print. So if you define a print range on one sheet (that's sheet, not page), material on *any* sheet will not print unless it is included in a print range. Perhaps you have defined a print range on one sheet where you needed it but omitted to include material in other sheets that you also want printed.
I have also tried simply selecting a page number range in the print screen.
If some sheets have been excluded by print range(s), no page numbers corresponding to material on those sheets will appear as available.
I have tried deleting the print range under format, but nothing works.
If you remove all print rages, everything should potentially print, of course. I trust this helps.
