What shall I do?

.... now I can see it as an icon of the same kind as an usb stick,
named OpenOffice, and it's completely dead. When I click at the icon,
a message opens, which says (in Swedish, which is my language) that
Open Office has been developed by an unknown developer and can't be
opened.
