hello. which error message do you recieve exactly? is it lock of your files which you opened previously or wants to recover your file? if its lock of your previous files which you opened and cant open your files again, you can simply delete your lock file and open your normal files. in the second case, you can use recovery of your files, windows previous versions or shadow explorer if your files are corrupted now and cant open them anymore. hope that help, God bless you all!
