It would be nice if you first tell us what program you use on which operating system. Secondly you should tell what you have tried to set the colors and explain what you mean with Black ground Colors.

I hope you know at least how to set the margins of your page.
I Don't want to have All that white space left. I want to print the Maximum amount that the Printer will accept to the Top and Bottom of the Page. Is that possible with your system ?
It's not our system, in fact the system is yours. But yes it is possible to set margins for your page, have a look at Format -> Page
