The sheets I have take up only the upper quadrant of a page. I would

o One way is to make use of the facility that many printers have to
condense multiple page images to a single printed side. But this will
be restricted to two images per page, or four - two by two, not four
by one - six, nine, and so on. This will reduce the size of each
image to fit the space, so it is likely that you will need to adjust
the size of the data in the spreadsheet to compensate. Go to File |
Printer Settings... | Properties... and see what you find.
o But in any case it is very easy (and much more flexible) to
assemble a copy of whatever material you need to print on a single
sheet of your spreadsheet, either an existing sheet or a new one
created for the purpose. Then you can either select printing only
that sheet or - more easily - mark the material on that sheet as a
print range, so that only that material is printed automatically.
If this is a once-only operation, you can make the data on the
printing sheet simply copies of the data elsewhere. But it is more
sensible to use Edit | Paste Special... (or right-click | Paste
Special..., or Ctrl+Shift+V) instead of ordinary paste to create the
data on the new sheet; then tick Link under Options in the Paste
Special dialogue. This way, the printing sheet will contain
references to your actual working sheets (as formulae) instead of
fixed copies of their values, and the printing sheet will update
automatically as you work on the document.
