Hey,

I've used and loved your product for years. Just tried to get the 4.13
update.

OpenOffice 4.1.3 is not an update, but rather a complete package.
make sure you only download it from www.openoffice.org/download/index.html

First install attempt I got a conflict error with Windows Explorer
(Windows 10).

What is the error message?

Since then have had bugs with Explorer and am unable to get a
good download.

Have you tried an other browser?

  I keep getting NSIS errors.

Useful information can be found here: http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Why_do_I_get_NSIS_Error%3F

I'm downloading now for the 5th
time. Oddly, each time I download it takes different time. Sometimes a few
minutes, sometimes up to 45 minutes. My next attempt is to try to
re-download 4.12 and stick with that. Do you have any suggestions?

Yes, my suggestion is to check the settings of your browser and or your network.

It
seemed to me this is a covert MS resistance as the first download as soon
as I clicked a notice came up from MS about upgrading to their Office, but
you might not be as cynical.
