I have no idea what you have done as I can't see the code from a picture.
The simple solution is to Format Cells and click on the diagonal lines
in the Boxes tab, which gives the same effect.

lines. Health2, shows that inserted characters on line 8,12.

I assume that you mean Cells instead of Boxes.
What happen if you enter some data into the Cells, are they printed?
Is the Line within the defined print range?
