The Original Poster's issue is that despite being listed on the AOo Template site, the templates they would like to use, are not available for downloading from that site. Basically, somebody with the appropriate rights, needs to walk through the Template repository, and either deleting, or marking on the page, that the template is either no longer distributed by AOo, or was never available via AOo.
