I cannot find the answer on the forums and I need an answer as soon as possible. I’m on a
mac, trying to print form letters I’ve created. I hit print, say yes to the “your document
contains dress database fields…” and then nothing happens. The mail merge dialogue box
doesn’t open. The letter doesn’t print. I can’t move forward.
I have tried updating Java, then using Java 6 legacy. Neither have worked. I need these
letters to go out today. Please help!
There is a bug in Apache OpenOffice 4.1.2 . The upcoming version should fix the bug. Until then
revert to AOO version 4.1.1 from http://www.openoffice.org/download/index.html
