Change the dropdowb at Navigator bottom to "Applied Styles". Press first icon from left to select Paragraph styles and modify each of the text styles by right clicking on the style and choosing Modify from the popup to 10.5 pt (usually Text Body and Default). If you have other body styles you will have to modify these as well.
