Good afternoon. Need assistance please. I want to uninstall current program but when In run install wizard it stops and gives me a message saying to “please exit 4.1.2 and 4.1 quickstarter and mentions something about making sure program is closed and no other users have it open. This is home personal computer and no other program is open when I try to uninstall. How can I check and correct this problem please? Using Win 10.
