The address users@openoffice.apache.org is a public mailing list with archives that preserve all mail sent to the list. Your original mail, and the one I am replying to is not received by an individual but the entire set of subscribers to the list. The archive is available for folks who may have similar problems or who want to find out what different solutions have been offered. It is unfortunate that you did not understand users@ is a public list. It is for community support among users who have problems and/or expertise to share with the full community. All participants are volunteers. Since the communications you refer to happened two years ago, they have been seen by many people already and the archive you link to has long since been preserved in places not under our control. That Google found it indicates how visible that information has been all this time. Google and other search engines may have their own archive of the material as well.
