Probably Mac OS X. She sent her query using Apple Mail.
Also she is not subscribed to this mailing list and will not have

Note: Check the message source and look for " Delivered-To: moderator
for users@openoffice.apache.org". Any message with that header will
not receive a reply unless you cc them
Also the raw headers will often show what email client is being used,
and indicate the OS.
