Well, I guess it should be Ctrl+z rather than Ctrl+Z (the ”+” indicates
that both keys are pressed simultaneously):
Z=Shift+z ⇒ Ctrl+Z=Shift+Ctrl+z…



And yes, Ctrl+z is ”undo” in most applications and most operating systems.
