To whom it may concern I'm having problem updating to the latest version of Open Office 4.1.2. I had to delete version 4.1.1 and install the new version. I was getting an error message. (Please see attached). Now, I'm getting the same message in trying to install an extension. I am not too familiar with computer stuff so please be patient and explain everything step by step to tell me how to fix it. I'm running Win7 Professional 64 bit.
